The Dhanpao Service

To qualify for cashback, the respective store must confirm that the user purchase is tracked, genuine and successful (constituting a "qualifying Transaction") and your resulting referral fee must be received by us (becoming "cashback" as a result). When we refer to stores, we mean sellers and suppliers of goods or services and other businesses that work with us (such as price and quote comparison services). Our support FAQ pages and other service documentation available on the Dhanpao.com site provide further information about our service, you should consult those concerning queries or issues you may have about the Dhanpao.com service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE. Your affirmative act of registering online by clicking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" check box constitutes your acceptance and electronic signature to this Agreement ("Online Plan"). Similarly, your affirmative act of registering with Dhanpao.com via mobile number will automatically be deemed to constitute your acceptance to this Agreement ("Mobile Plan"). You are therefore advised to carefully read and understand the terms of this agreement, by which your use of the program shall be governed.

We do not have our own products. Neither do we purchase, manufacture or sell any goods.

By signing up for membership with Dhanpao.com and thereby accepting the term of use of the site, The Program and this Agreement, You agree to receive communications relating to your Account and membership information (E.g., if we have added money to your Account) as well as periodic shopping-related information that highlight coupons, cashback & special deals that are available to the members of Dhanpao.com You can opt-out of receiving these messages that are not Account-related by either. Following the unsubscribe link on any of the emails, or by sending an email to us specifically unsubscribing to all such communications. Important:You must ensure that the email address we hold for you is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to it-we will be sending you important messages there. If you change email address, then you must change the address we hold for you on your Account.

CASHBACK

Our Cashback service allows our Account Holder to get additional Extra cashback for Their Shopping. To qualify for cashback, the Account Holder must follow the instructions mentioned in the deal while making a purchase, the retailer must confirm that the Account holder's purchase is tracked, genuine and successful, and the Cashback-related referral fee payable to us by the retailer for the Qualifying Transaction must be received by us. The Additional saving and you can get along with other discounts associated with the products or services. The Account Holder Can use These Cashback to recharge mobile or pay Bills or Purchase Gift Cards from their Favorites Stores. There are various circumstances in which Cashback will not be payable to the user, and will be forfeited to us:

Where the Cashback payment that we receive is not attributed to a Qualifying Transaction or associated with an Account (such as where the user is not login to the Dhanpao.com service when making relevant purchase)

The transaction to which the Cashback relates is cancelled after it has been entered into (whether under the right of cancellation that applies to some sales made at a distance, or otherwise)

The Cashback is attributed to an User or Account that has been suspended by us:

To provide all reasonable information and assistance we may require in connection with responding to that contact and

To respond promptly and accurately to it, should we pass the message to you for a response.

Associated with any fraudulent activity or any breach of this Agreement;

Used to make purchase on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person .

Where the cashback is held in, or attributable to, an Account that has been inactive for more than twelve months.

MISUSE:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Members access to our service, or parts of it, if in our reasonable view the relevant Member or Account appears to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Members must not enter into, or attempt to enter into, any transaction with a Retailer or to gain Cashback (a) by providing personal information of someone else, or a payment method which they are not entitled to use, (b) by deceptively or unfairly exploiting a Retailers offering including but not limited to creating fake or unauthorized referral links or (c) in breach of any terms and conditions applied by us or the Retailer to that transaction. We reserve the right to forfeit any pending payments or validated payments in the Member's Account in case of such misuse of our service by the member. It is each Member's obligation to ensure that any material Posted by him/her or associated with his/her Account:

is not defamatory, offensive, or abusive or of an obscene, indecent or menacing nature;

is not intended or likely to cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;

does not contain any computer virus, Macro virus, Trojan horse, Worm, or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt, or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer or to surreptitiously intercept, access without authority, or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

does into contravene the Applicable Law or regulation (including but not limited to, laws governing consumer protection, distance selling, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising, copyright, trademark privacy);

does not breach the rights of any person or entity (including any rights or expectations of privacy);

where it constitutes feedback on a Retailer, is accurate and fair
